Unboxing Your Order

We highly recommend filming the unboxing of your Pehchaan package. Such videos serve as proof of defects upon receipt, ensuring prompt resolution.

Please note that handloom clothing items may exhibit minor irregularities in weaving, adding charm and uniqueness.

Returns

  • Returnable Items: Only defective items identified via unboxing video are eligible for return
  • Refund or Store Credit: We do not offer cash refunds or store credits. Defective items are replaced.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, provide your email and order number. Confirmation requires proof of purchase, including original invoice, packaging, and unboxing video.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping returns to India, including taxes and duties. We do not accept packages with missing contents or items not in original condition.

Rights Reserved by Pehchaan

We reserve the right to accept or refuse exchanges based on the item's condition. Used or damaged items are not accepted and will be returned. We may revise terms without prior notice and withdraw offers/discounts without explanation. We are not liable for damage due to failure to follow the care instructions provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if not yet processed. Once processing confirmation is received, cancellation is not possible. Orders in production (e.g., being woven or customized) cannot be cancelled.

This policy ensures clarity and outlines procedures for returns, cancellations, and Pehchaan’s rights, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
