Orders & Payment

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Shipping fees, calculated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 to 8 business days.
Please note that Pehchaan is not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred during the shipping process.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests if the product received is:

  • Defective
  • A different size from what was ordered

Exchange requests must be initiated via email within 2 days of receiving the product.
